Our Cancellation Promise

At Top1 Auto Transportation, we believe you should have complete flexibility — especially before your driver is confirmed. Because we do not charge any upfront fees, our cancellation policy is one of the most customer-friendly in the industry.

1. Cancellation Before Carrier Assignment — FREE

You may cancel your shipment order at any time and at absolutely NO COST as long as a carrier (driver) has not yet been assigned to your order. When you cancel before carrier assignment, you will receive a full cancellation confirmation and will owe nothing, because you have not been charged anything yet.

2. Cancellation After Carrier Assignment

Once a carrier has been assigned to your shipment, Top1 has fulfilled the primary brokerage service. If you choose to cancel after carrier assignment, a cancellation fee will apply to cover the broker service fee and carrier rebooking costs. The exact cancellation fee will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

3. No-Show Policy — $100 Fee

A $100 no-show fee will be charged if neither the Customer nor their designated representative is present at the agreed pickup location and time, and the assigned carrier driver arrives and is unable to load the vehicle. You will receive a 30-minute advance notice call or message from the driver.

4. Order Modifications

Modifications to your order — including changes to pickup date, pickup location, or delivery location — must be requested as soon as possible by contacting us at +1 (916) 407-9455 or contact@top1autotransportation.com. Modifications requested before carrier assignment are typically accommodated at no charge.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, notify Top1 Auto Transportation in writing by emailing contact@top1autotransportation.com or by calling +1 (916) 407-9455 and requesting a cancellation confirmation number. WhatsApp messages to +1 (916) 407-9455 also constitute written cancellation notice.

6. Refund Processing

Because Top1 does not collect upfront payment, there is no refund to process in most cancellation scenarios. If you were charged after carrier assignment and subsequent cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days for credit/debit cards and 3–5 business days for Zelle transfers.
